Política de reserva y cancelación

 Below, we detail our policy, in order to provide a good stay to our guests:

House rules:

Smoking is prohibited inside the house.

Parties or events are not allowed.

Only a maximum of 7 guests per stay, corresponding to the maximum capacity of the cabin. (6 in bed +1 in sofa
bed)

Access to the cabin is not allowed to visitors who are not registered and/or who have not paid for their stay.

Any damage to the furniture, equipment and infrastructure of the cabin caused by guests must be paid for by
the responsible client.

Pets are only accepted outside the cabin, not inside.

Entry and stay

 Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Check-out: Until 11:00 a.m.

All visitors must register at the time of access to the cabin.

Possibility of Self check-in.

It is possible to make early check in and late check out, only subject to availability and with a value of 30% of
one night.

Cancellation or Modification

Up to 20 days prior to the arrival date, the reservation may be canceled or modified without incurring costs.

After that time, 50% will be non-refundable and will be credited for future reservations within the next 6 months.

For cancellations within 48 hours, the amount will be non-refundable.

No refunds are made if the guest decides not to enter upon arrival at the cabin.

No refunds are made if the guest decides to leave before their check out date, and must pay for their entire
reserved stay
